The documents described in detail below have NEVER been produced by
CVESD or its attorney Daniel Shinoff.
They were first requested in 2003 and again in 2007. Stutz law firm failed
to bring these documents when it was deposed on November 8, 2007 (Ray
Artiano was the individual who answered for the firm.)
Note: A "Bate-stamped" document is one that has been stamped with a page number by a lawyer who is collecting evidence for a case.

Stutz, Artiano Shinoff & Holtz and Mark Bresee of Parham & Rajcic
refused to produce documents related to allegations by teachers of a
feared impending school shooting at Castle Park Elementary.
The district refused to investigate, apparently to cover up crimes
committed by the teachers who made the allegations.
Rick Werlin, Asst Supt for Human Resources, was directly in charge of this
case, and also responsible for the hiring and retention of John Raymond
Kinloch.
The documents that were produced may be seen here.
