| Perhaps Ms. Angell has an alternate explanation for why CVESD was paying her to write these very words? Did CVESD decide to use its power and prestige as a public agency in this case in which it was not a party even though it had not agreed to indemnify Stutz law firm? Kelly Angell Minnehan will be an important witness in the Stutz v. Larkins defamation case. |
| Chula Vista Elementary School District filed this motion to prevent its lawyers from being NAMED AS DOES in an OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE complaint. CVESD was not a defendant in the case, and its motion (below) was full of bizarre falsehoods, easily discernible by the court, yet the motion was granted. This egregious action is evidence of Stutz law firm's indemnification by the school District...or something worse. | Stutz, Artiano Shinoff & Holtz |
| The following pleading was filed by Daniel Shinoff, Jeffery Morris, Kelly R. Angell of Stutz law firm on behalf of Chula Vista Elementary School District board members Cheryl Cox, Pamela Smith, Patrick Judd, Larry Cunningham and Bertha Lopez, and CVESD Superintendent Lowell Billings and Assistant Superintendent Tom Cruz in March 2005. |
| John P. McCormick, Deborah Garvin, and California Teachers Association lawyers Beverly Tucker, Michael Hersh, and Bernhard Rohrbacher were involved in the effort to prevent any examination of obstruction of justice. |
