Perhaps Ms. Angell has an alternate explanation for why CVESD
was paying her to write these very words?

Did CVESD decide to use its power and prestige as a public
agency in this case in which it was not a party even though it
had not agreed to indemnify Stutz law firm?

Kelly Angell Minnehan will be an important witness in the
Stutz
v. Larkins defamation case.
Chula Vista Elementary School District filed this motion to prevent its
lawyers from being NAMED AS DOES in an OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
complaint.

CVESD was not a defendant in the case, and its motion (below) was full of
bizarre falsehoods, easily discernible by the court, yet the motion was
granted.

This egregious action is evidence of Stutz law firm's indemnification by the
school District...or something worse.
