David Alberts v. Daniel Shinoff
Attorney Daniel Shinoff (the defendant in the case below) claims he is
being slandered by the author of this website.

Clearly,
Shinoff isn't the innocent victim he likes to portray.

Shinoff also
claims that he is not a public figure.  It appears that Mr. Shinoff
can dish out untruths, with parents and teachers as his victims, but hasn't
yet learned to accept honest and accurate criticism with grace.
The record shows that Daniel Shinoff not only talks to the press frequently
(as in the case below), but that he slanders parents and teachers with
abandon--and tries to get them arrested.

He's advised schools to call the police to get parents (especially if they are
plaintiffs) put in jail, but the District Attorney has said again and again that
Shinoff's victims didn't commit any crimes.

It is a crime, however, to use the criminal justice system to gain an
advantage in a civil case.  In my opinion, Daniel Shinoff has committed
crimes.

Attorney
Deborah Garvin worked with Mr. Shinoff in the David Alberts
case, as well as in the Maura Larkins case.
