Letter to Werlin Regarding Ban

I am wondering if and when you expect to lift your ban
against my setting foot on any district property. It will
be necessary for my safety for you to make a general
announcement in the district when the ban is lifted,
because there are people in the district, including large
men, who consider themselves your enforcers on this
matter. I am also wondering when you will lift the ban
against my husband, and what were your reasons for
instituting it in the first place.
